India vs Australia 4th Test Day 5 Live Scorecard: The fourth Test ends in a dull stalemate with Indian winning the four-match series 2-1 and retaining the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 and it’s the fourth consecutive series win against the Aussies. The Rohit Sharma-led side have won their 16th consecutive Test series at home. The two teams will clash again in the World Test Championship (WTC) Final. The WTC title contest will take place at The Oval in London from June 7. Was a fantastic series. Right from the word go, how exciting it was. Lot of the players are playing this for the first time. We do understand the importance of this series and the opposition. Lot of hard work has gone into this. At different times we have come up with answers. We knew how important it was to start the series. The Delhi Test, I am very proud of. We were behind in the game. At Indore, we were put under pressure and lost the game. Different players put their hands up. Lot of guys took up the responsibility and bailed us out.

India vs Australia Live Score, 2nd Test Day 3: IND beat AUS by six wickets

IND vs AUS Live Score Updates 2nd Test Day 3: India beat Australia by six wickets

ND vs AUS Live Score, 2nd Test, Day 3 Latest Updates: India secured a commanding six-wicket win in the Delhi Test to go 2-0 up in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Catch live score and updates of India vs Australia 2nd Test, Day 3:

India produced yet another commanding show as Rohit Sharma and Co. defeated Australia by six wickets in the second Test in New Delhi. The hosts once again wrapped up the proceedings well inside three days to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the four-match Border- Gavaskar Trophy.

Australia suffered another embarrassing collapse losing nine wickets for 52 runs to all but surrender any hopes it had of a rare victory in India. Australia crashed to 113 all out in only 31.1 overs as left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja took career-best figures of 7-42 in a devastating spell. On early Sunday, Ravindra Jadeja registered a seven-wicket haul while Ravichandran Ashwin took three as the hosts bundled out Australia for 113 runs. Given Australia -- who had scored 263 runs in their first innings -- had taken a one-run first-innings lead, India were given a 115-run target in the fourth innings of the match

Australia started the second innings nicely, with Travis Head taking the aggressive approach, and they were ahead at close of play yesterday. However, today felt like a collective 'brain-fade' for the team, as Ashwin broke through the top-order and then Jadeja should did them in with simple straight balls. He ended with career best figures of 7/42 as Australia folded for a meek score of 113. India had a few hiccups in the chase as Rahul was out cheaply, and Rohit ran himself out. However, Pujara held fort from one end despite Kohli and Iyer falling, and then KS Bharat added the finishing touches with his unbeaten cameo of 23. India retain the trophy, and they give themselves a huge shot in the arm to make the WTC Final.
